Green Meadows West (GMW) is one of the premier residential communities in the Central Iowa area. Our location is convenient to schools, grocery stores, many recreational opportunities and transportation.

The first plat was opened just in 1990. Since then, more plats have been opened. Today, the development contains over 520 homes of many styles and types.

GMW features open spaces, parks, expansive walkways and natural prairie. This common space is governed by a volunteer association board.

Funds for maintenance and upkeep come from mandatory homeowner dues.

The Green Meadows West Homeowner's Association is an organization of elected volunteers.
